Wire Transfers Out
Wiring cash from FOLIOfn to another broker: $30 per wire
Full Account Securities Transfer Fee Out: $50 per account
Applied when you transfer all of the securities (e.g., stocks) in your account to another brokerage without selling the securities
Partial Account Securities Transfer Fee Out: $5 per security ($25 min / $50 max)
Applied when you transfer some of the securities (e.g., stocks) in your account to another brokerage without selling the securities
Returned Check or EFT: $25 per occurrence
Also referred to as NSF or Non-Sufficient Funds in your account
Stop Payment on check: $25 per check
Check Copy: $10 per check
Disbursement of funds by Check by mail from FOLIOfn: $20 per check
You may avoid this fee by using an EFT or writing a check from your account
Express Mail: $15 per mailing and $45 for Saturday Deliver
Paper Copies of Account Statements & Confirmations: $10 per statement or confirmation request
Security Certificate Delivery (Same Registration): $30 per certificate
Broker Assisted Trade, Transfer of securities, cash, and tax lots between accounts or Folios: $45 per request
Voluntary Corporate Action: $30 per corporate action election
For example when an account holder chooses to participate in tender offer for a corporate reorganization. Note: customers who hold securities involved in a corporate action, such as a merger or acquisition, who do not participate in such voluntary actions will not be charged this fee (i.e., no charge for mandatory actions)
Retirement Account Annual Administration Fee: $25 per retirement account per year
Assessed in December or upon account closure
Mutual Fund Fees
FOLIOfn currently offers no load, no transaction fee mutual funds and does not impose additional charges for these mutual funds. Note: most mutual funds have investment minimums and early redemption fees which you can review at the Folio Mutual Fund Center.Please also note that most mutual funds charge management fees which are deducted directly from fund assets.

Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) Fee
FOLIOfn, like other brokers, is required by federal law to help fund the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The charge FOLIOfn applies to your transactions is based on the current fee as set by the United States Congress
